1. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials and proprietary assets made available through this website or through services provided by SUSTAIN-NOBILITY Advisory Ltd, whether publicly displayed or privately delivered, are owned by or licensed to SUSTAIN-NOBILITY Advisory Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property, copyright, database, trade secret and confidentiality laws.

software features, tools and digital products;

proprietary know-how, business methods and implementation approaches.
Certain methodologies, scoring logic, weightings, evaluation criteria, decision models, automation architecture and internal frameworks constitute confidential trade secrets and are intentionally not disclosed publicly.
No right, title or interest in any intellectual property is transferred to users, clients or visitors except for limited rights expressly granted in writing.
2. Restrictions on Use
Without prior written consent from SUSTAIN-NOBILITY Advisory Ltd, users may not:

3. AI and Machine Learning Restrictions
No content, outputs, frameworks, prompts, methodologies, diagnostics, scoring systems, reports or proprietary materials from SUSTAIN-NOBILITY Advisory Ltd may be used to train, fine-tune, benchmark, optimise or otherwise support machine learning systems, generative AI models, large language models or automated decision-making systems without prior written permission.
4. Limited Licence
Subject to payment and compliance with applicable terms, clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use deliverables solely for their internal business purposes.
Clients may not sublicense, resell, white-label, redistribute or commercialise deliverables or proprietary methodologies without written consent.
All pre-existing intellectual property and derivative improvements remain the exclusive property of SUSTAIN-NOBILITY Advisory Ltd.
